Feed hammer mill is a special feed crushing equipment for the modern agricultural and animal husbandry industry. It features a small footprint, reduced labor intensity, and convenient operation and maintenance. It can quickly and efficiently crush various grains as well as the stalks, stems and leaves of crops into feed. The fineness of the crushed material is adjustable, and its working efficiency is greatly improved compared with other similar products.
This equipment makes full use of crop resources, provides low-cost organic feed, and fundamentally solves the problem of uneven feeding, creating important conditions for reducing the cost of livestock and poultry breeding.
The feed crusher consists of a main body and a crushing chamber. A feeding hopper is installed at the upper part of the crushing chamber, and a screen is fitted at the lower part. A main shaft is arranged inside the crushing chamber, with both ends mounted on the main body through bearing seat assemblies. A belt pulley is installed at one end of the main shaft extending out of the crushing chamber, and an air draft body is mounted at the other end.
Moving teeth and corresponding shifting plates are fixed on the main shaft inside the crushing chamber, while fixed teeth are installed on the inner upper wall of the chamber. A fixed knife is mounted on the inner wall of the crushing chamber below the feeding hopper, and a moving knife matching the fixed knife is set on the main shaft adjacent to it. Multiple microwave heaters are installed at intervals on the inner wall of the crushing chamber. A collecting hopper is installed at the bottom opening of the crusher body and connected to an air draft tube, whose other end is connected to the fan of the air draft body.
